DeliveryGuard ETA (the “App”) is operated by Dominion Lux Holdings Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains what data the App accesses, why we access it, and how we handle it.

Who we are

DeliveryGuard ETA helps Shopify merchants monitor delivery risk on their orders. The App is provided by Dominion Lux Holdings Ltd.

Information we access

When a merchant installs the App, we access the following data through the Shopify Admin API, using only the permissions the merchant grants:

We request only the read_orders and read_fulfillments permissions. We do not request write access, we do not access payment details, and we do not process payments.

How we use the data

We use this information solely to:

Where the data is stored

Order and fulfilment data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database (Supabase), and the App runs on Vercel. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections.

Data retention and deletion

We honour Shopify’s mandatory privacy webhooks:

Merchants may also request deletion at any time by contacting us.

Your choices

A merchant can uninstall the App at any time from the Shopify Admin. This stops further data collection and triggers deletion of stored data.
