These terms govern your use of DeliveryGuard ETA (the “App”), provided by Dominion Lux Holdings Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms.
The service
DeliveryGuard ETA monitors Shopify orders for delivery risk and presents a risk overview, an order risk inbox, and tools to prepare customer updates and internal notes. The App also offers an optional storefront block that displays an estimated delivery range on product pages.
Estimates and disclaimers
Delivery estimates and risk classifications are provided for guidance only. They are based on order and fulfilment timing and on available tracking data. They are not a guarantee of delivery on any specific date, and they are not a statement made on behalf of any carrier. You remain responsible for the delivery commitments you make to your customers.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Shopify Billing. Plan options and current prices are shown inside the App on the Plans and billing page. A free plan is available. Paid plans may include a trial period as described in the App. You can change or cancel your plan at any time through the App.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the App in compliance with Shopify’s terms and applicable law. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.
Availability
We aim to keep the App available and accurate, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dominion Lux Holdings Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the three months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from the Shopify Admin. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dominion Lux Holdings Ltd is established.
